  1. Bids must be delivered to ADM Section, Thimphu Thromde on or before 10:00 AM on above mentioned dates against each work and will be opened on the same day at 10:30 hours, in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend.

 

  1. The Bidders must visit the site prior to filling up the tender to avoid any inconveniences on the part of the bidders.

 

  1. Decision of the Thimphu Thromde Tender Committee shall be final & binding
