𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗵𝘂 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗱𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗵𝘂 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘀𝘂𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 2023 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘀 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗼𝘄:

 1. For the new birth registration, one must produce an original health card along with the copy. Copy of parent’s marriage certificate and duly filled and signed birth registration form. Likewise one should bring one guarantor and witness.

 2. For death registration, one should produce a dully filled death registration form along with death certificate from hospital. If death occurs outside health facilities, one must produce death certificate and citizenship identity card of the deceased.

 3. Members of family will be evaluated.

4. Issues related to double name in the census will be evaluated.

5. The whereabouts of registered members will be evaluated, if member is nowhere.

6. Data of the family members will be evaluated.

7. Data of the parents will be evaluated.

8. Birth, dead and census transfer done in previous year will be evaluated.

9. Every member of household will be verified by reading out the names.
