22𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 2023: 𝗜𝗻𝗮𝘂𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘂𝗯𝗴𝗮𝘁𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹.

The construction of the Integrated Academic Block at new Sherubgatshel Primary School has been successfully completed and handed over to the school administration.

The construction which began on 3rd June 2020 was successfully completed on 30th June 2023. The total expenditure was Nu. 84 million. The infrastructure includes classroom blocks, a staff room, a library, science and computer labs, a teacher resources center, first aid and counseling rooms, a general office, and toilets for both staff and students.

4𝘁𝗵 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 2023: 𝗜𝗻𝗮𝘂𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝗮𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘇𝗮𝗺𝘁𝗼𝗴 𝗠𝗶𝗱𝗱𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹.

The construction of Changzamtog Middle Secondary School which began on 27th July 2020 was also successfully completed on 9th August 2023. The total expenditure incurred was Nu. 83 million. The project comprises the construction of 10 classrooms, including a 2-storied load-bearing structure and a multi-story G+3+J storied RCC framed structure, inclusive of facilities such as classrooms, a health and counseling room, a library, a computer lab, science lab, a staff room, a general office, Chhoesham, and a conference room.

Both the structure has facilities for differently-abled students, such as a lift, a separate toilet, and easily accessible classrooms.

The projects were funded by the Government of India as SDP-II and supplementary budget received from the Royal Government of Bhutan and the Internal Revenue. It was constructed under the guidance of the project coordinator, Mr. Pekar Rabgay, and the project engineer, Mr. Sonam Namgay.
