Thimphu Thromde hereby informs the public that all Property Taxes for the year 2023 shall be due from 1st January 2024 and must be paid by 31st March 2024, as per the notification released by the Ministry of Finance.

Thromde will not be collecting Land and Property taxes for the year 2023 and as a result, TTpay and the website will be unavailable for tax payment. However, all outstanding tax dues for 2022 and before should be cleared at Thromde Revenue Counter.
