The Thimphu Thromde Civil Registration and Census Department informs the general public that CID and biometric services will be unavailable on Fridays. However, all other census-related services will continue to operate as usual.

Additionally, citizens can now generate their individual household information, commonly referred to as the family tree, through the Bhutan NDI platform on G2C.

Process:

1. Open any browser and search for G2C.

2. Navigate to the Family section.

3. Select the Household Information option from the dropdown menu.

4. When you're ready, click on the Apply button.

5. Log in using the Bhutan NDI app.

6. Scan the QR code with your Bhutan NDI Wallet or tap on the 'Click Here' option.

7. Tap on "View Your Household Information."

8. To download, click Apply, submit, and generate the document.
