Thimphu Thromde (TT) would like to inform the owners of E-4 Pamtsho Area that the office is going to prepare the Layout Plan in the area.

Therefore, there shall be no development on the area unti the completion of plan by the office. if there is any ongoing development in the area, you are requested to kindly consult the Urban Planning and Design Division, Thimphu Thromde.
