This is to notify the general public that the TTPay app is ready with new updates for the year 2023. In the new updates, Thimphu Thromde will be collecting only Garbage and Amenities charges under Property tax module, while all other bill payment module will remain the same. The TTPay app will have the following changes:

1. There will be no change in the Garbage and Amenities Rate for the year 2023.

2. Removal of Unit tax, Under Development Tax, and Land Tax.

There will be no penalties until 15th of May 2023. After that, penalties will be enabled. If there are any outstanding dues from the previous year (2022), please make payments by visiting our revenue counter, as the TTpay app will only process payments for the year 2023. We kindly request the general public to make payments by either visiting our payment counter or using the TTpay app for payments at your convenience.
