Process:
- Apply online(https://www.citizenservices.gov.bt/Thromde/) or approach Customer Service Desk. Service Receiver must know their CID or Plot Number
- Thromde Building Inspector will contact Service Receiver to fix site inspection appointments.
- Upon approval/rejection Service Receiver will be notified and If approved the SR will download/print OC online.
