Public Notification

This is to notify general public of Thimphu Thromde that as per the discussion held with the Olarong Chhu Workshop Representatives, Traffic Police and Royal Safety & Transport Authority Official, it is decided to allow the road users to Exit from the Olarong Chhu Workshop Area towards Chang Olakha Area using the Bailey bridge between 8:00am and 9:30am only with effect from 15th February 2021. The decision on the restricted exit from the Workshop using the Bailey bridge has been arrived with a view to avoid traffic congestion along the main road during the morning peak hours.  

All public are requested to note the restricted exit timing from the workshop area towards the Chang Olakha Area. The CCTV has been installed and the area will be under strict monitoring by the Royal Bhutan Traffic Personnel. 

Issued for strict compliance and public’s cooperation in this regard is highly appreciated.
