Thimphu Thromde has completed the upgradation and opened the road stretch from Swimming Pool Roundabout to Thai Temple Junction (Genyen Lam SE) for two-way traffic. This improvement has been carried out to ease traffic congestion and enhance overall mobility in the area.
The section has been newly blacktopped, ensuring a smoother, safer, and more comfortable driving experience for road users.
Road marking works are currently pending and will be completed shortly as part of the final finishing works.
The public is kindly requested to follow traffic discipline and cooperate during the remaining works.
