Thimphu Thromde Administration would like to inform those owners, having taken the construction approval on or before the start of moratorium dated 15th November 2024, is hereby instructed to kindly renew and commence the execution of the work before 30th June, 2025, failing which Thromde will not be responsible and must follow new design code's procedure thereafter.
