Thimphu Thromde hereby invites interested private sector entities to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the outsourcing of parking fee collection services at Changlingmethang Parking. We seek proposals that include a detailed mode of operation, innovative ideas for efficient and effective parking fee collection, and a lump-sum payment (upfront payment).
