The Legal Division was formally instituted by the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) during its 110th HRC Meeting held on 10 August 2021, pursuant to the approval granted by the Royal Civil Service Commission (RCSC) for the 12th Five-Year Plan (FYP) staffing of the OAG during its 98th Commission Meeting held on 29 June 2021.
