Thimphu Thromde is pleased to share with the general public the “City Addressing System Guideline”. This is a humble attempt to share the “Direction” of the Thromde to instill a sense of reliability and continuity of our service to the public through systemic approach.

Resource optimization, transparency and efficiency is “The call of the day” and this can be achieved by a data framework. The document gives clarity on activities concerning CAS and can be instrumental in aligning to Thromde mandates, fitting the mandate into the national data framework through interoperability and identification of SSOT (Single Source of Truth).
